Your subscription

Keendra is a subscription with a free trial. One subscription covers Keendra on your Mac and your iPad, with the same Apple Account.

Start your free trial

Click New Quick Review or New Session, or Subscribe in Settings > Subscription. Pick Keendra Monthly or Keendra Yearly and click Try It Free. New subscribers get 14 days free, once per Apple Account; each plan shows what it costs after that.

Once you've subscribed, the sheet closes and the review you started opens.

See your plan

Settings > Subscription shows your plan and when it renews or ends.

• Manage subscription – change your plan or cancel. On Mac it opens your subscriptions in the App Store.
• Restore subscription – when you subscribed on another device with the same Apple Account and Keendra doesn't show it yet.

Apple handles payment, renewal and canceling. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem.

When a subscription ends

Your library stays on your device, and you can still open and watch every review: play, step, scrub, slo-mo and zoom, with the skeletons, drawings, angles and trails you already made.

These need a subscription:

• New Quick Reviews and Sessions, adding and trimming video, and Setup.
• Detecting the skeleton and calculating joint angles.
• Draw, Pose correction, Joint angles, Trails, Overlays and Sync.
• The Projector, Snapshot and voice-over videos.

A note at the bottom of the sidebar says so, with Subscribe. If it ends while a review is open, you can finish that review first. Subscribe again and everything comes back.

Without internet

Keendra checks your subscription with the App Store. Away from the internet it keeps working for up to 7 days after your plan's end date, so a renewal on a day without signal doesn't stop you.

If a payment fails

Apple keeps trying for a while, and Keendra keeps working meanwhile. If it still can't renew, the note in the sidebar says so, with Manage subscription to check your payment method.
